The Vice-PM and Defence Minister Radmila Sekerinska sees nothing irregular in the intention of the PM Zoran Zaev to also take over the position of Minister of Finance, as part of the cabinet reshuffle he announced two months ago. “This is neither the first, nor the last time for a PM of a state to also take over a ministerial function. We have such examples at the moment in New Zealand, Greece and other countries. The PM Zoran Zaev acts according to the message delivered by the citizens and their voting at the latest Presidential election this spring: They are satisfied with our work in the field of foreign policy, and now they want us to focus more on the fields of economy, social policy, education etc.,” Sekerinska said.
