During her visit of Bitola, Vice-PM and Defence Minister Radmila Sekerinska spoke about the governmental efforts and successes in the integration of Macedonia in NATO and EU. “Last year, when the government announced an intense NATO agenda, many people underestimated us and did not believe us, but today we proved that we fulfill our promises. In a very short period of time, we finished the accession negotiations and we got the Protocol for Accession of North Macedonia in NATO, which is currently ratified by 9 out of 29 NATO member-states; the world supports the changes in our country because they will only bring good things for all citizens The very start of this process reflected positively over the economy, bringing numerous benefits, especially in the field of foreign investments. Now we strongly focus on completing this process by implementing all reforms necessary and elevating the living standards of citizens,” Sekerinska said.
