Session for Gruevski’s MP mandate Scheduled for Thursday

Parliamentary sources have told Telma TV that the session of the Committee on Mandatory-Immunity issues, where the debate on former PM Nikola Gruevski’s mandate should take place, has been scheduled by its Chairperson, MP Pavle Bogoevski, for Thursday. The session was supposed to be held on Monday, but it will take place three days later because of the reform laws concerning the secret services and Bogoevski’s participation in activities related to those matters. In the past several days, there were speculations that the audio recording in which Bogoevski’s voice can be heard was the real reason behind the decision not to schedule the session for Monday. Gruevski has been at large since 9 November. That month, he was granted asylum in Hungary.
