Skopje BPPO files Indictment proposal for journalist Mitovski

The Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office (BPPO) in Skopje filed on Tuesday an indictment proposal for Aleksandar Mitovski, Editor-in-Chief of the www.infomax.mk portal, for the crime of disclosing an official secret of the Criminal Code’s Article 360 paragraph 1. As the BPPO said, the Code was violated as a result of last month’s publication of the minutes of Orce Kamcev’s interrogation over the Racketeering case. The Macedonian Association of Journalists criticised the process.
