There will be changes to the electoral code. Justice Minister Nikola Tupanceski has announced that work will start next week. Though the opposition has started its blockade of Parliament, Tupanceski said on Tuesday he expected parties, associations, and experts to nominate representatives for the working group immediately after the reception of the communication from the Ministry. According to the recommendations of the international factors and demands of all concerned sides, a document will be reached that will include everybody’s stands and ideas, and will be consensual and multidimensional. Answering journalists’ questions, the Minister stated that a new extradition request for ex-PM Nikola Gruevski was being considered. Regarding the strike of employees of the Office for Management of Registers of Births, Marriages, and Deaths, the Minister stated that a deal had been reached over certain issues.
