The MP group of VMRO-DPMNE filed to the Parliament of Macedonia a no-confidence motion against Health Minister Venko Filipce. VMRO-DPMNE accuses Filipce about alleged illegal activities in the process of procurement of COVID-19 vaccines from China. “Macedonia is on the bottom of the list when it comes to procured vaccines against COVID-19, and for that Filipce must face responsibility. Thanks to his incapability, we have no vaccines, no medications, no medical equipment, and people keep on dying every day,” said VMRO-DPMNE MP Kiril Pecakov. The Alliance for Albanians and Alternative also voiced support for this motion. From SDSM they accused VMRO-DPMNE for irresponsible behaviour and intentional obstructions of the processes for dealing with the pandemic.
