After VMRO-DPMNE’s coordination meeting on Wednesday, the party’s Parliamentary Group Coordinator, Nikola Micevski, said constitutional changes “under a Bulgarian dictate” were not possible. “We will not support that,” he added. VMRO-DPMNE will reiterate the stand also at the plenary session in the frames of Parliament.
According to Micevski, the government’s been exposed and can only use lies and manipulations. “This happens whenever the people is underestimated and whenever personal interests are prioritised over state ones,” the Coordinator added.
On the other hand, SDSM called on VMRO-DPMNE to display, as it said, responsibility. “This is the last chance to join the European bloc,” the ruling party noted.
