At the Annual Conference of VMRO-DPMNE’s Youth Forces Union, held on Saturday, opposition leader Hristijan Mickoski said the country was increasingly further from the EU. As he added, that is not only a result of the Bulgaria issue, but also because the “criminal government” hasn’t completed any tasks. The VMRO-DPMNE President described PM Zoran Zaev as the “father of the dispute” with Bulgaria. “Four years of stolen life. Four years of the judiciary being strongly politicised. Macedonia should start negotiations with the EU right away,” the VMRO-DPMNE leader noted. He sent a message to EU leaders, too, urging Brussels to no longer stall not because of Zaev and “the other criminals”, but rather because of the Macedonian people.
