On Tuesday, VMRO-DPMNE staged a new protest outside the Foreign Ministry, calling for information about the negotiations with Bulgaria. “From the information we’re getting from diplomatic sources from Brussels, but also from official Sofia, they’re negotiating on everything they’re saying they’re not negotiating on, which is the identity, culture, individuality, language, heritage, anti-fascists struggle,” the party said. The party’s leader, Hristijan Mickoski, stated that there was general confusion among the public over what PM Zoran Zaev and Special Representative for Bulgaria Vlado Buckovski were negotiating on. The party also said it hoped Foreign Minister Bujar Osmani would not change his mind and inform MPs on Wednesday about the negotiations.
