Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic regrets that Skopje and Tirana haven’t been given a date to start negotiations. As he said on Thursday, that’s not fair towards the two countries and their citizens. Vucic added they would have an honest friend in his country, stressing that cooperation would be improved. Vucic, PM Zoran Zaev, and Zaev’s Albanian counterpart, Edi Rama, will meet via videoconference on Tuesday. “I believe that we will make final decisions on joint action against natural disasters and disasters, and that we will jointly provide as quick flow of goods, capital, people, and services as possible,” the Serbian President pointed out, mentioning phytosanitary and veterinary inspections at border-crossings and other modalities.
