Working Group for Judicial Council Holds Second Meeting

The working group for the Judicial Council is focusing on the manner of election of all Council members. On Monday, it held its second meeting.

“There was a discussion on the problems facing the Council,” the head of the group, academician Vlado Kambovski, told Kanal 5. The plan is also to fill the legal void over the Council members’ liability. When it comes to the report from the EU’s peer-review mission, it is expected to be soon submitted to the Justice Ministry.
