Traffic on state roads is taking place in winter conditions, on wet roads in places.
Reduced visibility due to fog of 100 – 150m is present on the roads surrounding the city of Bitola and of 20 – 30m on the road Tetovo – Popova Shapka (to the village of Gajre).
Smaller landslides may occur on certain road routes that pass through gorges and cuts.
JP Makedonijapat appeals for careful management of the vehicles, respect for the posted traffic signals, as well as adjustment of the speed according to the road conditions.
The duty teams of JP MAKEDONIJAPAT are constantly on the ground with 172 special vehicles for road maintenance, and keep all road routes passable.
