On Monday, the Administrative Court ruled in favour of the State Commission for Prevention Commission (SCPC) in the case concerning the Academy for Judges and Public Prosecutors.
As the Court explained, the SCPC’s decision ordering the Academy to stop the process for candidate selection and training is legally founded.
The SCPC, it was also explained, applied the guidelines presented in the Court’s decision made on 14 April concerning the composition of the commission in the decision-making process, a comparative analysis of the 2017 decision, and an candidate selection urgency assessment.
