On Wednesday, the caravan of President Stevo Pendarovski, who’s running for a second term, visited Demir Kapija, Gradsko, Rosoman, Negotino, and Kavadarci.
Pendarovski asked why VMRO-DPMNE presidential candidate Gordana Siljanovska Davkova hadn’t come to Demir Kapija several days prior even though that had been announced.
“From what I’ve been told, she was supposed to come to Demir Kapija two-three days ago to meet citizens, but she didn’t show up. Others came to talk on her behalf. When I announce that I will come to talk to you, I do so. I have never allowed another person to talk on my behalf. Things don’t work that way. Either one is the President or they aren’t,” Pendarovski stressed.
Siljanovska Davkova’s caravan was in Vasilevo, Bosilovo, Radovis, and Strumica. Siljanovska Davkova was also part of the State Commission for Prevention of Corruption (SCPC) session where her election HQ’s complaint over the Academy for Judges and Prosecutors was accepted.
“The Academy is the gate through which the best, the most qualified should enter. That hasn’t happened already on many occasions,” she stressed.
Wednesday also saw the other candidates continue to present part of their respective programmes.
