Blerim Ramadani Case: Criminal Court Points Finger at Interior Ministry

In a press-release over ex-KLA member Blerim Ramadani’s house arrest escape, the Criminal Court presented on Monday, as it said, five facts, pointing the finger at the Interior Ministry and explaining that that institution was in charge of implementation of the house arrest measure.

Ramadani spent 15 days in active dentition, which is the longest a person has spent in extradition detention, the Court added.

According to the institution, while the decision on the house arrest measure was being made, the Judge, Pajazit Pajaziti, took into consideration the already established court practice when it came to action by court organs in identical cases.
