Several hours after Hungary’s offer to serve, in the capacity of holder of the EU presidency, as a mediator in the Skopje-Sofia dispute, Bulgaria said it was rejecting it.
The country’s caretaker Foreign Minister, Ivan Kondov, stated that Sofia didn’t need mediators in the process because the EU deal with North Macedonia was clear.
Also, Bulgaria’s President, Rumen Radev said again that there would be no progress on the EU path of North Macedonia until the constitutional changes were made.
