Commenting on the no-confidence motions filed in Parliament against her, Vesna Dameva, Milazim Mustafa, Pavlina Crvenkovska, and Selim Ademi, Judicial Council member Tanja Cacarova-Ilievska said on Wednesday she would voice a stand once she analysed the text well.
According to her, what has caught her eye is that the document refers to collective accountability.
“In my addresses, both at sessions and during public appearances, I have said that accountability must be individual even though the Council is a collective body. We vote on a decision with our own vote. Depending on the vote by each of us, a decision is made by a majority of votes. Precisely for those reasons, I consider I should truly analyse it well”, Cacarova-Ilievska noted.
