Constitutional Court not to Debate Law on Languages Case in October

The Constitutional Court said on Thursday that the case concerning the Law on the Use of Languages would be put on the agenda of a session where all nine Judges would be in attendance, considering its importance and public interest.

That will not happen in October because some of the judges will be absent, that is, they will participate in events abroad, as well as because they will not be able to attend for private reasons.

“Once it is put on the agenda, the public will be informed,” the institution added.

The case, formed in 2019, consists of 13 initiatives from different citizens, political parties, and associations.
