Constitutional Court President Race: Kadriu, too, Reportedly Fails to Get Elected

Not even the third candidate for Constitutional Court President was elected at Monday’s session of the institution. Several media reported that Judge Osman Kadriu was the candidate in question.

When it comes to Ana Pavlovska Daneva, she explained her decision to leave the race.

“I withdrew in order for the country not to enter a constitutional crisis. I asked the Court to vote according to the principle of meritocracy, that is, exclusively according to the professional qualifications and managerial capacities of candidates,” she stated.

Tatjana Vasic-Bozadzieva is the only candidate in the race.
