At Monday’s session of the Council of Public Prosecutors, members, with seven votes in favour and one concurring opinion, confirmed Chief Public Prosecutor Ljupco Kocevski’s decision to suspend the Chief of the Skopje Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office, Mustafa Hajrullahi.
After the agenda had been explained, the session was closed to the public because, as it was pointed out, the session would see a discussion on parts of materials in the frames of the investigation against Hajrullahi, who was last week charged with harassment and abuse of official position.
