On Saturday, Defence Minister Slavjanka Petrovska stated that her Ministry wasn’t ruling out the possibility, according to carried out assessments and in cooperation with the Health Ministry, of soldiers from Ukraine receiving medical treatment in North Macedonia.
“There are capacities in the frames of the Defence Ministry that could be made available. Multiple institutions will be included in this initiative, but the Ministry is ready to positively respond to such requests,” she stated.
Asked about the comments made by French President Emmanuel Macron, Petrovska stated that though North Macedonia supported Ukraine, there was no sending of soldiers to Ukraine.
