Demiri Election and Games of Chance Law on Wednesday’s Agenda of Parliament

In the frames of its 145th session, on Wednesday, Parliament is expected to elect Abdush Demiri as the seventh member of the State Election Commission (SEC).

The nomination could be supported by more than 80 MPs even though a two-thirds majority is required for a candidate to join the SEC as a member.

Among the other items on the agenda are also the changes to the Law on Games of Chance, whose decree wasn’t signed on 13 February by President Stevo Pendarovski.
