On Wednesday, Deputy Defence Minister Tiron Jajaga participated in the virtual meeting of the Ukraine Defence Contact Group, where the allies’ unity in supporting the country was once again expressed.
North Macedonia has a clear stand regarding Ukraine, which is defending its sovereignty and territorial integrity, and, thus, international order, which is based on rules and principles, Jajaga assessed. The Deputy Minister condemned the Russian aggression, saying it had to stop.
“Together with allies, we adhere to the stand that we will support Ukraine as long as it takes,” Jajaga pointed out.
So far, 12 decisions have been made on military and humanitarian assistance for Ukraine, while Ukrainian soldiers underwent training at Krivolak, the Deputy Minister stressed.
