
On Monday, Deputy PM for Good Governance Policies Slavica Grkovska met with the Mayor of Rome, Roberto Gualtieri.
They discussed Rome’s candidacy for Expo 2030. As she added, Italy and North Macedonia have long-time productive cooperation. The Deputy PM expressed gratitude for Italy’s support for Skopje’s EU path.
Grkovska stated that her Cabinet had set up excellent cooperation with Italy’s Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC), as well as with Luiss University, where currently, a group of state administration employees are undergoing efficient governance training.
At the meeting, Rome’s Mayor said the two countries would continue to work advancing and deepening mutual relations, while advancement of the two capitals’ cooperation would follow additionally.
