Finance Minister Gordana Dimitrieska-Kocoska has again said that she considers the matter concerning her comments on SDSM MP Slavjanka Petrovska to be closed. She pointed out on Thursday that it would soon become very clear to everyone why those things had been happening.
“I regret that there was such defocus regarding what I said from the rostrum and how it was interpreted. I believe I’ve called on people, several times, to listen to the entire communication in Parliament and make their own conclusions”, the Minister stated, adding that she would have apologised if she’d made a mistake.
On 27 February in response to a question from Petrovska (who is not married and doesn’t have children), the Minister said, “On the basis of what do you talk about mothers that have children and how do you know how much a multiple-member family should consume? I have two sons and know very well how much a four-member family should consume”.
