Dimitrovska Trial: Presentation of Closing Arguments Postponed

The presentation of closing arguments in the trial in which former State Commission for Prevention of Corruption (SCPC) President Dimitrovska is among the accused has been postponed until Wednesday (July 8). The decision was made on Tuesday because defendant Biljana Petrevska Mantova, who’s charged with disclosing an official secret, intends to use email communication submitted to the Criminal Court that day to prove that she did not commit the crime.

The information in question, which states that the Public Security Bureau was requesting tender documentation for the procurement of mazut which she forwarded to the former Director of the Negotino plant, Nebojsha Stojanovikj, had actually already been known to 14 other subsidiaries 40 days prior, according to Petrevska Mantova.
