The Prosecutor’s Office’s disciplinary commission has initiated proceedings against the suspended Chief of the Skopje Higher Prosecutor’s Office, Mustafa Hajrullahi, and Higher Prosecutor Jovan Cvetanovski over a severe disciplinary breach.
The work of commission had been requested by Chief Prosecutor Ljupco Kocevski, while the decision on Hajrullahi and Cvetanovski was made after the commission had considered the reports of the Office and statements by both Hajrullahi and Cvetanovski.
Regarding the former, irregularities when it comes to entering cases have been determined, while when it comes to the latter, it has been found that he did unscrupulous work because he’d waived the right to appeal in the second instance in four cases.
According to unofficial information, the cases concern processes involving Postenska Banka (Post Bank), journalist Dragan Pavlovic Latas, and Serta, the company that had contracts with the Government for cleaning its building, Sakam Da Kazam reported.
