On Thursday, DUI leader Ali Ahmeti met with EU Ambassador David Geer. They discussed the EU path of North Macedonia, Ohrid Framework Agreement (OFA), Treaty with Bulgaria, Prespa Agreement, reforms in line with EU expectations, and election legitimacy issue.
Ahmeti, DUI said in the press-release, elaborated the draft-platform on legitimacy.
“The DUI leader also discussed the tendentious warnings by PM Hristijan Mickoski over destabilisation, highlighting concern over potentially intentional staging by the government through accusations against others in order to defocus the public from the authorities’ failures. DUI is committed to stability, security, peace, good inter-ethnic and inter-neighbourly relations, as well as European integration, and dismisses all politically-governmentally staged destabilisation attempts,” the party added.
