DUI’s Osmani on VMRO-DPMNE’s Position on Coalition and Cair Banners Issue

DUI Vice-President Bujar Osmani is unfazed by VMRO-DPMNE’s position that Hristijan Mickoski’s party will not enter a coalition with Ali Ahmeti and that it’s time for DUI to become an opposition party.

As he said, Zoran Zaev too had been saying that before the last elections, but he nonetheless formed a coalition with DUI. According to him, VMRO-DPMNE ruling out the possibility of a coalition of DUI instigates ethnic intolerance.

Asked about the nationalist messages sent at the football match between Shkupi and Vardar on Sunday, he said he hadn’t seen them.

“Every statement causing ethnic intolerance is against the law,” he stated.
