In the Vodno Land Parcels case, the Supreme Court has dismissed as unfounded the request by convicted ex-PM Nikola Gruevski for extraordinary re-examination of the effective verdict of the Criminal Court and the Court of Appeals ruling.
According to the charge, from June 2006 to October 2012, instead of presenting money as donations received by the party he led at that time, VMRO-DPMNE, Gruevski got 1.3 million euros for himself and he would then release the funds into circulation and buy the parcels.
It’s about forest land that was reutilised into construction land as a result of changes to the General Urban Plan.
