Faktor.bg Says There’s no School Named “Julia” for TOEFL Exams in Plovdiv

Even though the new Director of the Agency for National Security, Bojan Hristovski, says in his documents submitted in the competition for the position of Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Security that he has a TOEFL certificate from a Plovdiv-based centre for foreign languages named “Julia“, Faktor.bg has reported that there is no such school for taking English exams in the Bulgarian city.

The Bulgarian portal says it checked Julia CO.LTD’s data, adding however that there is no such school in the addresses that are referred to. Though the company’s seat was at that address, the office is now closed, while the company whose primary activity is translation and consulting now operates online.

In a phone conversation with the Faktor.bg journalist, the woman that answered the phone, whose number had been included in the brochure, stated that the company wasn’t currently issuing TOEFL certificates and not organising trainings for that. The woman also said she didn’t remember whether Julia had previously had such trainings at all.
