On Wednesday, SDSM leader Venko Filipce said VMRO-DPMNE’s actions the previous day, within Parliament’s Committee for Supervising the Work of the National Security Agency and Intelligence Agency, had confirmed the ruling party was aware it had committed a crime by illegally appointing Bojan Hristovski as the Director of the Agency for National Security.
“SDSM will not allow PM Hristijan Mickoski to act in accordance with the [so-called] Hello, Chief! system [a reference to the last decade’s wire-tapping scandal and then-Security and Counterintelligence Administration Director Saso Mijalkov],” the opposition leader noted.
