Four persons have been charged over the 14 October 2024 shooting in Cair in which one person was wounded.
The prime suspect in the case is Aqif Ravmanoski (aka Aqif Jusufi), who, during the incident, was doing time for illegal possession of a firearm. According to the Prosecutor’s Office, he, as a prisoner on work leave, and three other people were involved in a fight and attack on one person.
As it was explained in Monday’s press-release, during the fight, Ravmanoski shot the person to the shin.
On 22 October, President Gordana Siljanovska Davkova pardoned Ravmanoski and nine other convicts on the occasion of Revolutionary Struggle Day. Immediately after he’d gone out of prison, Jusufi was arrested and detained.
