GERB leader and Bulgarian election winner Boyko Borissov reacted on Wednesday to the stand by PM Hristijan Mickoski that constitutional changes “under a Bulgarian dictate” are not acceptable.
The Bulgarian politician pointed out that despite the good relations between him and partners in the EU, agreements had to be respected, adding that any other interpretations were not good for North Macedonia’s counterparts.
If he forms the government, Borissov will initiate a meeting with Mickoski.
According to him, without Bulgarian and Greek support, North Macedonia doesn’t have a shot at EU membership. His message to North Macedonia is that it should now be responsible.
