Gjorgjievski’s Cabinet Responds to Arsovska’s Accusations

Commenting on former Mayor Arsovska’s accusations, the Cabinet of new Mayor Gjorgjievski, has said that checks so far have shown the debt level of PEs is 133 million euros that, according to short-term and other financial liabilities, will exceed 300 million. Regarding the dismissals, it points out everything was according to the law.

Prosecutor General Kocevski says that if Gjorgjievski has evidence of abuse concerning PEs, he has the competence and can report that. Regarding the procedure involving the ex-head of the Communal Hygiene PE, Rustemi, he notes that he cannot present details because the procedure is underway.

When it comes to the IPARD case and PM Mickoski’s comments on indications of other abuse, the Prosecutor General points out that every pre-investigation is secret and that he cannot share details.
