On Friday, both PM Hristijan Mickoski and SDSM called on the Prosecutor’s Office to urgently open a case over the ex-KLA member Blerim Ramadani house arrest escape case.
However, while Mickoski believes all doubts will be eliminated, Venko Filipce’s party is of the opinion that it will be proven it was organised with people from the Interior Ministry.
The opposition party’s Mitko Trajculeski again urged the Ministry to make public videos from cameras at the Blace crossing.
On the other hand, the government’s stand is that nobody from the Pance Toskovski-headed institution enabled Ramadani to escape and believes the Ministry should file a lawsuit against Trajculeski.
Without revealing details, the PM also said the authorities were following three criminal groups suspected of major crimes and terrorism, adding that their names would soon be revealed.
