Health Insurance Fund Employees Put Strike on Hold

As of Wednesday afternoon, all citizens are able to get services from the Health Insurance Fund.

The Trade Union has put the strike on hold as a result of the Government’s decision not to recommend a salary reduction of 21% for the Fund’s employees, which was confirmed also by the Managing Board.

The salary will not change until 31 May. However, the Union expects that after that date and the Budget rebalance, there will be no changes to salaries.
