International Alliance Case: Court of Appeals Abolishes Ruling

The Skopje Court of Appeals has abolished the ruling in the International Alliance case and ordered a retrial.

The acquittal of ex-MP Frosina Tasevska-Remenski has been confirmed, while the appeals by Bojan Jovanovski, initially sentenced to nine years in prison, and two other defendants, J.E. and H.B., have been accepted, the Court said on Wednesday.

The case concerns an alleged project for building a European centre for elderly and mobile services.
