Jakimovski in Interview with Kanal 5

In an interview with Kanal 5, Karpos Mayor and GROM presidential candidate Stevco Jakimovski again says regarding his blacklisting by the US that he isn’t responsible for any wrongdoing.

“Nothing is true, everything is arbitrary. Everything is on the basis of snitch talk,” he points out, adding that Karpos is the only municipality where all competences have been transferred to the services.

Jakimovski believes he is being lynched politically. In that regard, he ironically asks for him to be told what his most corrupt public procurement process is. Asked about the decision of DUI presidential candidate Bujar Osmani not to invite him to the Iftar dinner, he points out that that is a dishonest gesture by a dishonest person.

“However, I don’t even know if I would have gone had he invited me considering I’m being invited by many people to an Iftar dinner,” he stresses.

Connecting Osmani’s stand to his blacklisting, Jakimovski states if he is President, he will most fiercely oppose another country making its own lists of ineligible people.

“I will even oppose more incorporating such lists into the domestic legislation,” he stresses regarding the Restrictive Measures Draft-Law.
