Judicial Council President Dameva Meets US Ambassador Aggeler

On Friday, Judicial Council President Vesna Dameva held a meeting with US Ambassador Angela Aggeler.

The meeting saw a discussion on the state of affairs and challenges facing the Council and the judiciary, as well as about the former’s measures and activities.

As the Council added in the press-release, Ambassador Aggeler particularly highlighted the need for fighting corruption and independent, up-to-date, and impartial decision-making of the body, with the goal being providing the rule of law.
