Justice Minister Filkov Welcomes Ambassadors’ Statements on Judiciary

Minister Igor Filkov welcomes the statements by US Ambassador Angela Aggeler and EU Ambassador David Geer, made at the Judicial Council Conference on Wednesday, regarding the status and functioning of the Judicial Council and Public Prosecutors Council, the Ministry said on Thursday.

As the institution added, Filkov expects cooperation in the period ahead to intensify.

The same day, the Ministry said it had prepared a draft version of the Judicial Council Law over which, on ENER, a notification had been issued concerning the process to prepare the law.
