The Justice Ministry has said the working group has prepared the Electoral Code changes incorporating the OSCE/ODIHR recommendations.
As it was pointed out on Monday, Minister Krenar Lloga supports the working group’s proposal for paid political advertising to no longer be covered by the state.
The Ministry will submit the working version to all parliamentary parties. The Draft-Code contains 58 articles that will strengthen the role of institutions to implement the Code’s provisions.
