Kocani Fire: Condition of All Patients Receiving Treatment Domestically Good

On Sunday, Health Minister Arben Taravari stated that the condition of all patients injured in the Kocani fire receiving treatment in North Macedonia’s hospitals was good and stable.

The plan is for nine of them to be discharged at the start of the week, once all psychological and toxicological examinations are completed. 115 patients are receiving treatment abroad, while the condition of five of them is critical.

“However, the condition of patients is fluctuating. It’s been seven days, while nobody has died. We expect the situation to improve”, Taravari noted, adding that there were announcements that multiple patients would return to the country the following week.
