The Kocani Basic Court has ruled ex-Kocani Mayors Ratko Dimitrovski and Nikolco Ilijev will be under house arrest over the nightclub fire case. However, the Stip Court of Appeals will decide on the issue of whether Dimitrovski’s passport will be taken away.
Ex-State Market Inspectorate Aneta Simeska Dimeska, too, is under house arrest, while 19, including resigning Mayor Ljupco Papazov, ex-Economy Minister Kreshnik Bekteshi, and another Ex-State Market Inspectorate head, Goran Trajkovski, are in detention.
