Kocani Fire Patients to Be sent to Italy, Netherlands, and Belgium

Health Insurance Fund Director Saso Klekovski stated on Tuesday regarding the Kocani fire that the number of patients hospitalised was over 160, including 16 patients admitted to private hospitals.

“Over 70 patients have been successfully transported abroad”, he was quoted as saying at noon, during a visit to patients at City General Hospital 8-mi Septemvri (8 September), together with PM Mickoski.

Also, he added that patients would be being sent to Italy, the Netherlands, and Belgium.

“Medical teams from the Czech Republic and Israel are helping our doctors, while a team from Britain will arrive today to help the preparation for the next stage, rehabilitation of those injured”, Klekovski stressed.
