Kocevski Comments on Lottery Case and Grubi and Kovacevski Aspects

Regarding US-blacklisted Artan Grubi, the ex-Deputy PM who’s a suspect in the Lottery case, Chief Public Prosecutor Ljupco Kocevski says the Office had issued an order that he be stopped in the event of trying to leave North Macedonia.

Activities are underway to determine whether there were other persons involved in the matter, apart from the officer who allowed him to leave the country.

When it comes to Dimitar Kovacevski, Kocevski points out that while there’s for now no evidence against the ex-PM, the Interior Ministry’s allegations are being checked. As far as the Additive case is concerned, six pre-investigations are underway. The Bitola Prosecutor’s Office, Kocevski underlines, has the capacity to finish the matters concerning ESM and Bitola power plant tenders.

Starting from February, there will also be help from the investigative center that will be formed in that city.
