PM Dimitar Kovacevski extended his New Year’s greetings to the citizens, wishing them good health and prosperity in 2024.
“We enter the new year with new opportunities for even greater achievements. In 2024 we shall continue to work for higher salaries and pensions for the citizens, greater support for the students and for all vulnerable categories of citizens. If 2023 was a year of great opportunities, then I expect 2024 to be the year for realisation of our European perspectives. Year in which we will work together on fulfilling one of our greatest strategic goals, the integration in the EU, after our successful integration in NATO. With positive spirit and good intentions, nothing is impossible, and we can all do better,” Kovacevski said.
VMRO-DPMNE leader Hristijan Mickoski also extended his New Year greetings to the citizens, saying that 2024 will be a year of major changes.
“In 2024, we shall work on renewal of the country and building a safe and prosperous future for all of us. For 30 years now, you, my dear people, have kept this country running and functioning, forced to fight corruption and crime on everyday basis. For the sake of a better future, I ask for your support, so that we can finally defeat crime and bring peace and prosperity for our country. Together, we are strong enough to create a better future for all of us and the generations to come. I know that we can make it together,” Mickoski said.
