Judges of the Constitutional Court, at a working meeting held on Monday, decided to postpone the preparatory session over the Law on Use of Languages, initially scheduled for June.
The decision was made after the Court had received the Administrative Court’s decision abolishing the election of Judge Elizabeta Dukovska, the Rapporteur on the Languages Law case. An additional reason, the Constitutional Court explained, is the conclusion for action on the Law to be in the full composition.
