Krenar Lloga of the Alliance for Albanians wing headed by Ziadin Sela reacted on Tuesday to ZNAM leader Maksim Dimitrievski’s comments on the photos of the Albanian flag at a table of a VLEN meeting in the Government building.
“Nobody can ban Albanian citizens of North Macedonia from using their national flag, Dimitrievski even less so. He may allow or ban flags in his private home. The Government building is home to all citizens of North Macedonia and, consequently, of 1/3 of the total population, in this case, Albanians. Every community that is part of the Preamble can use its own flag,” he said.
According to Lloga, since the national flag of North Macedonia is respected by everyone, everyone should respect respective symbols.
“The so-called Serbian ethno-centrism appears as a dark cloud over our country and is a bad sign. So, stop the experiments on the country that you try to divide and disunite more and more every day,” he underlined.
