VMRO-DPMNE leader and PM Mickoski attended an event in Tirana to mark the opening of the new office of the VMRO-DPMNE Albania association.
In his address, he talked about the opportunity of Macedonians in Albania having their own club, being able to assemble, and freely work on preserving their own culture, identity, language, and tradition. In that regard, he said Macedonians in the Pirin part of Bulgaria didn’t have that.
“Macedonians in the Pirin part don’t have this opportunity to get organized. In the 21st century, they’re prevented from registering an NGO, they cannot talk freely about their own identity. We’re sedulous, patient, and smart, and I assure you that now or in the period ahead, we will reach that goal”, Mickoski pointed out.
